Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.
Returns, Replacements and Refunds
If the Customer discovers any defect in their product, they may return the item you purchase in new condition with original packaging for a review within 30 days of delivery. When replacements are not available Get Brown may, at their discretion, provide a refund. Get Brown will notify the Customer via e-mail of the status of the replacement or refund once the returned item is received and processed. In case of a refund, the Customer can expect payment in the same form originally used for purchase within 7 business days of Get Brown receiving the return.
Exceptions
i) Unless otherwise specified Get Brown's sale items (with price reduced by way of discount or special offer) are not eligible for return, replacement or refund in any circumstance.
ii) Sunless Self-Tanner Foam Pump: Discounted due to an intermittent packaging fault, this sale item is not available for return credit. The Customer should review the item page for alternative ways to use the product.
Delivery
Get Brown does not deliver to a Post Office box or any address deemed to be suspicious. Goods are shipped using Fastway Couriers or CourierPost for New Zealand deliveries or NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries. Should the Customer feel goods have not arrived in good condition, they should contact Get Brown immediately. Get Brown agrees to do everything possible to investigate and/or make remedy for any delivery problems. Get Brown is not responsible for loss or damage to goods delivered to an incorrect address.
