Skin type 1: Not suitable for use. Try SPF20 Sport Sunblock Lotion instead.
Skin type 2: For moderate sunscreen protection and sun-tanning help, reapply every 30 minutes - 1 hour in mid-summer.
Skin type 3: For sun-tanning help with moderate burn protection, reapply evry 1-2 hours in mid-summer.
Skin type 4-5: For fairly high level sunburn protection, reapply every 2-4 hours in mid-summer.Skin type 5: For very high sunburn protection, reapply every 2-3 hours in mid-summer.
Skin type 6: Not recommended for use. Try SPF6 Suntan Spray instead.
